Melinda Barrington
Melinda Barrington is the founder and president of Barrington Marketing Group. A seasoned professional with a keen business sense, Melinda began her real estate career in California during the 1980’s. As a young broker, her drive and determination, along with her deal making abilities and uncompromising service to her clients quickly catapulted her into the million-dollar sellers club.
After moving to Nashville, Melinda quickly realized the need for a company that specialized in the under served Equestrian and Farm Market and determined that if properties and buyers were correctly matched, the sale would follow. She founded Grassland Real Estate on that principal and leveraged her contacts and knowledge of the horse industry to build her firm into one of the most successful independent real estate companies in Middle Tennessee.
Melinda’s determination to employ out of the box marketing techniques, while providing a service to her customers and the community, led her to create a radio show that she hosts and produces for more than 3 years showcasing yet another of her talents, the ability to connect on a broader base.
Barrington Marketing Group was initially formed to help market and sell luxury properties nationwide, but quickly expanded to include a variety of businesses all relying on Melinda and her team’s energy passion, professionalism, integrity and most important the ability to connect people to people.
